Minor CSS/HTML/JS Edits on ASP.Net MVC Site

I am working on an auction website developed in ASP.Net MVC that uses AuctionWorx. I've created a template that I am mostly satisfied with however I want the following changes:

1. The nav menu needs to be changed in the following way:

1) A) When you scroll down:

1) A) 1) The logo changes to a simple elephant without any of the text next to it and *transitions* to the left.

1) A) 2) The sub-menu (Contact Us, About Us) disappears.

2). When a user scrolls back to the top, the nav-menu should *transition* back to its initial state.

3. I’m using Slick for the scrollers. I don’t have time to style them properly myself. The three nav buttons are using three different techniques at the moment. My focus is on functionality, that’s why you are here. ? I’d like for you to code up the CSS to put the buttons over the images in a kind of *similar* fashion to the default bootstrap carousel theme (almost transparent, full-height (or full-width in the case of the vertical scroller), white with slightly darker background/less opacity on hover). The background of the div containing the buttons should be the same accent color as the rest of the site (cadetblue), but opaque like I said before.

a. The vertical slider is mostly the way that I want it to look. However, I'd like it to look similar to what is devised in step 2. If you need the buttons to live outside of the nav menu for it to look consistent, I can live with that.

4. The footer… I like the gold color. I want something bold and memorable and I’m pretty happy with the background image that I chose. I’m not particularly happy with the readability though.

Freelancers from North America, South America, Western Europe, Romania, Moldova, the Czech Republic, and South Africa are welcome to bid. All other will be immediately rejected.

Existing knowledge of ASP.Net MVC and AuctionWorx would be a plus. If you don't have knowledge in this please don't lie about it because I've been programming for over twenty years and I will know immediately. If you don't have knowledge of ASP.Net MVC than I will just give you the HTML and other assets that you need to make these modifications.

Attached is a screenshot of the design as it stands now. Ignore the weird red marks on the right. That's just a product of the scrolling screenshot not liking the AddThis widget. Obviously, either the HTML & other assets will be shared with the chosen freelancer. If the freelancer has experience with MVC you will be added to the DevOps repo for this project.

Add the word 'Elephant' to the top of your message so that I can be sure that you read the requirements.
