Issue on upload and retrive and delete an file in reactjs?

We are working on reactjs frontend development.
In the UI we are able to upload the image from one component.
When view of that image we are getting base64 format data based on that we need to show the image in the view compoennt and delete the image.
For all we are having the services. just need to invoke and retrieve images based on base64.
