Hello there, I'm a professional 3d Artist. and I am very experienced in texturing and detailing in zbrush and substance painter. I can either add fabric patterns to your object via normal map or add them in poly details ( high poly mesh ). You never mentioned anything about your mesh and what you need as delivery, that's why I went for 88$ price. if its just a simple piece of cloth it might cost less and will be much faster.
