Duplicate and relook static responsive web page

Hello, I am looking for a webmaster/wev-developer to edit a single page website.
He/She must use a simple HTML+CSS template that works with a jQuery library (Masonry) that manages the responsive grid adaptation. There is no CMS Needed.
Files attached :
- the design of the page
- the texts and images of the page
- The source code of an example site
- webfont (google font) embed code

To-do list for this project :
- building each element of the page, inspired by the source code of the example site provided
- insert the texts, images an links
- design the sizes, colors and texts sizes of each block to make the page looking like the design.
- check that the block stay correctly aligned in narrow screen mode (1,2,3,4 col)
