I need a solution for run-time inlining and optimization of all CSS and JS on HTML5 pages. The solution must run as a Java Servlet Filter configured in web.xml. The filter must parse the HTML5 coming out of the application, resolve all external CSS / JS links, and then proceed to inline and optimize the CSS and JS. The optimization must remove all CSS and JS which is not required for proper rendering and operation of the page. The solution may incorporate existing open-source projects such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The solution must be delivered fully tested, with boostrap3, boostrap4, jquery2, and jquery3 used as test-cases. Test-cases must be integrated into Maven build with "mvn test". Maven 3.5 must be used as the project's build tool.
