css design for video player + basic jQuery

I need a pretty straightforward modification done to the HTML5 video player. It involves CSS, as well as maybe a little bit of jQuery (for the player controls/mute/pause/play/etc). There is an existing website that has something I like, so am including a picture/link to that site in the .zip file below.

Before you bid, please:

a) Take a look at the .zip file/site to see what I mean (I've included a link to the URL where you can see the video sample in action)

b) I need the CSS/jQuery (if applicable) to basically have the same layout.

c) I want a ".css" file, a ".js" file (for jQuery), and a sample .html file (where I can insert my own video/change the title/etc).

d) I'd also like a 'basic' responsive layout in the sample .html file (using bootstrap is okay if you want to). Basically - a grid where on standard media "4" videos per row like this will appear, but if I resize (say to a mobile device), then it is "2" videos per row.

Ideally, when bidding, you:

a) Are skilled in CSS

b) Have some basic jQuery skills

c) Have done something similar

Also, I need this done in 1-2 days. (I think it should be an easy project, but have listed 1-2 days).
