I don't see a word doc attached to this project, however, I used to do a weekly newsletter for 4 years for a company that was sent to millions of subscribers, and made sure that it had high fidelity to the design across all major email clients. I have a wonderful email tool which will show how it will look in all email clients to make sure that it will look uniform to all readers so that we can see a test. Am familiar with all the intricacies and limitations of emails, and always triple check for proofreading errors and would encourage to set up a process between the email content creator and myself to protect against any typos.
