Correções no site/Site corrections

Um site (página única) foi originalmente feito em WordPress, mas foi extraído e foi editado em Dreamweaver cc 2019. O site funciona sem nenhuma dependência do WordPress (e deverá continuar assim), não irei usar WordPress. Preciso que seja feito um melhoramento de desempenho baseado no Google PageSpeed e no https://www.webpagetest.org. Em geral, remover css não utilizados, baixar recursos externos (fontes, etc) e demais recomendações necessárias para ficar verde nos testes mobile e desktop. Tem uma parte do site que foi colocada imagem (print de texto), preciso remover essas imagens e deixar como texto mesmo, para melhor indexar no Google e também melhorar o desempenho. As mudanças não deverão afetar a responsividade e compatibilidade com os navegadores e versões atualmente funcionais. Me chame no chat para que eu informe qual é o site.
