Build me a web application

Hi there, I can build such image comparison tool for you. I wouldn't use ImageMagick, instead would use PHP GD functions to do the comparison. I would also make it scale the images to the same size before comparing them. Didn't fully understand the description about projects. Do you want to be able to create "projects" inside the app, and for each project upload 2 images, then have all the projects listed and when opened show the comparison result? Regards, Julijan
