I need a CSS or other kind of web animation that I can insert as part of my site. The concept is a series of circles that merge together in a central circle. The background needs to be transparent and the circles pure white (no shadows, no shadding, no 3d effect required) what is important though, is that the circles behave as metaballs when they merge or collide. The animation needs to behave well in a responsive environment, it needs to cover the entire screen, resize depending on screen size, and be able to be placed above and below other layers (text, images) within the site.
