Need help implementing a mobile iPhone app's requests(PUT/Post) into Postman API tool

Using Charles web debugging proxy, I'am recording PUT/POST requests of Iphone app when adding a product to cart. I would like to use this information recorded by Charles to input into Postman API tool and replicate that action of adding a product to cart. I have examples I have done with another app already to help show what i need. Need help with another app.
