We require our existing hosted Support Centre ([login to view URL]) to be customized to match our Site layout/App branding - [login to view URL] Preferably someone with experience in modifying [login to view URL] or other Helpdesk software platforms (Skills required in HTML5, CSS and LIQUID variables). Some basic changes incl colour matching and logo placement has already been done. Essentially focus is on the Mobile Theme, as that is where most users will access the Helpdesk whether in-App or from the web. Here are the key functionality that we need activated in the Support Centre - note we're on [login to view URL] Standard Plan so all these features are available; 1. Search Knowledge-base (Populate FAQs - will provide some content to upload) 2. Open a Case (based on user selection to down specific type of issue) 3. Live Chat (should be mobile friendly) 4.
