Creating HTML eMail Template with Proper Design

Hi All, We are looking for HTML designer who can design beautiful templates with the helps of HTML and Pictures. And he needs to provide the HTML files and pictures to us , we will upload to our website and our website will make use of it. And these templates will be used for sending emails for New Order Shipment Notifications Delivery Notifications Procuring Notifications Return Notifications Exception Notifications Abandoned Cart Notifications Cancelled Order Notifications Delivered Notifications Refund Notifications And a Default notification email which will be used for any other notifications. So you have to make a standard design for every templates and you need to have proper images for different notifications for easy understanding of customer.
