Hi,

My website ([login to view URL]) is built via GoDaddy's template currently. It's a business website and doesn't require any special features, sale buttons, etc. It's just a descriptive and image/text type of website, but it needs to look professionally.

Note: a simple and a neat design is absolute preference.

Hi,
We are looking for a professional design that isn’t just looking nice, but it also function.

The designer/team we would choose should make possible to add or change content (and obviously don’t mess up our own dashboards). We’re not planning to engage anyone on monthly basis; so monthly maintenance fee is not an option at this time. Having said that, in case we’re happy with the work, we would be more than happy to engage and recommend you in the future.

SOW:
1. Design all pages (Home page, About us, Consortium, Team, Contact us).
2. Submit a proposed design for approval.
3. Convert all approved design pages into PSD and then to Responsive HTML.
4. Integrate new approved design on website.
5. Provide instruction on anything specific to our site’s design (custom post types for things like portfolios, testimonials, or any content that needs to be displayed in a unique way).

Deliverable of project:
1. All PSD files of the approved design and the responsive HTML.
2. Integration of the new approved design.
3. Specific Instructions (as explained above).

Timeline:
Full work completed in 7 days starting once NDA is signed.

Our assumptions:
1. You would be wise about active plugins (no need to install 25 plugins to make the design work).
2. You will ensure all images are compressed and the website is fast and responsive (looking nicely on all devices).
3. No HTML tables or image maps would be used.
4. Our homepage wouldn’t have 150 requests and take 10 seconds to load.
5. You will advise us if we requested anything that might hinder a visitor’s experience on the site.
6. You will enable the visual post editor.
7. You wouldn’t remove anything from the dashboard.
8. You will email us exactly how to use the custom post type and what to do if we questions later.

Please get in touch via chat in case you have any questions or need further clarification.

Finally, to give a clear idea of what we consider as a good design, we listed some websites we like below:
apple.com
uber.com
feedmusic.com (we like functions not purple colour)

We appreciate your time and bids, thanks

And we absolutely adore those websites and its designs & functions:
