Chess Training Android Applciation

I need a stand alone (does not require web access to function) Android chess training application developed which combines the ideas of Chess Position Trainer ([url removed, login to view]) and the online variant named Chessable ([url removed, login to view]).
Repertoire creation and management must follow the Chess Position Trainer model (and allow for PGN imports) while the training functionality should mirror that of Chessable.
Standard publicly available chess JavaScript libraries as used Chessable and the Android version of Chessimo ([url removed, login to view]) may be used.
Online features like gamification comparison to other users and the store element where training content can be purchased is not required at this point, but Gamification may be required as a future enhancement (new project) via Google Play games.
Before development commences I will require the developer to do mock-ups of how they intend the final product to work - obviously screen shots from the above mentioned applications can be used when describing the proposed application flow and functionality.

These are slightly dated so when development start you will have to look at the actual applications but these will give you a good idea.
