Build a Website

We are needing a web page built to deploy into our Magento store. We sell color matched tablecloths to a particular PMS Pantone color reference. We need the following page built see here for reference [login to view URL] The color palette consists of 1100 PMS colors, we need the page to render just the color swatches, not the rest of the features on the page as we will be deploying this to our own website. The page has been written using a hexadecimal conversion to a Pantone color, so everything is code not images, we want it created in the same way, and then needs to be able to be deployed to a CMS page with a Magento 1.9.2.4 version install (community) UX will be as follows customer lands on page, then is able to mouse over the small image swatch upon mouse over the larger image populates with the correct Pantone color. Customer, can click on the larger image to get a full-screen shot of the color and the color designation example cool blue 777C. We have uploaded a copy of the PDF that shows all the colors, and will give you the scope of the project, we will want this installed onto our development site first to confirm all is working as it should be.
