Artistic, HTML, CSS skills required

I'm looking for an html/css design for a web app to display IOU's between friends. It should show how purchases have been split across the friends and from the perspective of the user, how much that user is owed or owes to each. The design should work with all the various mobile screen sizes and will show the following data: For this example, we will use three different people (Mike, Jane & James) but this could be any group size 2 or more. 1. Mike paid the $50 bill for dinner that he had with Jane. Jane now owes mike $25. 2. Jane lent James $25 cash. James owes Jane $25 3. James paid for the coffee for himself, Mike and Jane. The total cost was $9. Mike and Jane both owe $3. Summary Jane owes mike, $25 James owes Jane $22 Mike owes James $3 As we add a new IOU line item i'd like to see some animation on the representation as it changes. I'm looking for something simple, visually appealing and animated. Nothing too spreadsheet like.I'm looking for an html/css design for an web app to display IOU's between friends.
