Best Possible PSD to HTML/5

Hello, To begin with, we do not believe in free work, but after so many attempts to find the best we have FAILED. So, with these issues we have come to the conclusion to test you before we hire you. I am looking for the best possible HTML/5 guy/girl, in here. The person that I will choose will be doing 5-10 psd to html/5 per month. I need exact results as my PSDs and keep in mind everything must always be RESPONSIVE, MOBILE FRIENDLY & CROSS BROWSER COMPATIBLE. IE7 and above is a must work thinking, is what will get you into our company quicker. I will give you a PSD and a HTML5 File (Logo to have movement in html5). I will need that one page within 2-3 days because speed matters if you will work for us. We need you quick, really quick and really good at what you do. Only for the best! Although, we believe in teaching and learning; we can not waste any time if you are not competent in doing this. Therefore, do not waste your time or our time if you are not really good. Please, download the attached PSD and the logo HTML and the LOGO PSD and we expect you to send us an email here. We will need Just that one PSD in HTML with all the requirements mentioned above. Then, based on the html5 logo file we have prepared you will make sure that the logo is recreated in HTML5 from our PSD logo and then integrated in our website. That is all! Make it happen and show us what you have done. We will test it check it and if you are good enough we will hire you immediately and start you with 5 projects. Payments are always done once the project is completed and checked (we check quickly - within 2 hours we can check 20 html pages). We are programmers and we have HTML experts here, too. Therefore, you will not waste your time in figuring out what you will have to do since 99% of the time we will be giving you all the details in mockup ready PSD or images. For a 10 page HTML/5 we will be paying no more than $200 since, we can do them in here for 250-300$. Thank you
