Build an Online Store

I am working on a project to sell photos on-line with digital downloads it is a very simple program with not many working parts. I have already made a start but due to illness I am unable to work at a rate I am happy with. I am looking to hand my code over to someone to finish off. I am working with python and the following modules webapp2, jinja2, peewee and Paste. There is both a frontend and a backend I will only require some of the work doing as I have already mentioned I have made a start and not all functionality is needed to be completed as some of it I can easily take from past projects. As an example of the type of work that still needs doing 1. Some simple content management (Some of this has been started but not completed) 2. Product management (Some of this has been started but is not complete) 3. Shopping Cart, download and payment (None of this has been started) These are the three main parts of the project, I am looking to do this quite cheaply as I don't have a huge amount of money to spend on doing this I am negotiable to what features you can deliver for the given cost and time frame I would rather it was cheaper than quick. A more detailed look at what needs doing in each section I have three pages on the backend designed for content management one of these is for the index page this has had an amount of work done already there is a datatable with elements that go in the slider and this also has a disable and enable action. I can input new items into the slider elements. I also have the inputs set-up for changing the slider background that is set in css and also the welcome title and subtitle that should update only once and not have more than one available. I then need a similar setup for my about page but this should just have an image and some text in a text area I have not done this yet this should save once and then when there is an existing one it should load and allow editing and replacement. Products is the next section, I have done the display for the backend this is complete it displays the correct items with an action that opens a modal and displays the image and description. This is complete and doesn't need editing. The next part is the add product page this will allow you to add new products to the database this currently works but needs editing to work with another file upload that will be a zip for download this part has not been done. Next I need some way of creating batches of products so I can sell packs of products ad discounted prices. I also need a way to display mesages that are sent from the frontend to the database the frontend part is done they just need reading from the database in a logical way there is a mailbox template in the backend linked to messages this is how I would like it to look. It just needs data to be read from the database. Finally I am unsure about the next step that is the digital download, shopping cart and payment I have not done anything like this before so this is up to you to create the best fit for my system and purpose. I have not done any code for this. I am using a template for both my frontend and backend so there are premade elements that you can use I will pass the demo of the backend template over to you so you can see all the available elements the frontend template is very simple and all the elements are already in use. I have written comments for most of my code saying what it will do some sections are just blank though. Sorry if my explanation is not clear I find it very difficult to explain what I want as I suffer from dyslexia and autism. Any questions don't hesitate to ask.
