Convert PDF or EPS image colors from RGB to CMYK using imagemagick

I have images that users create ([login to view URL]). There are about 30 different color options and when the files come through, I have to convert the RGB colors to CMYK for printing. I need specific CMYK colors though. Converting RGB Black to CMYK produces a mixture for CMYK percentages, and I only need K100.
I would need something that could open a PDF or EPS image and search for RGB colors and change them to CMYK. I have a list of the conversions (about 30).
I need a tool that I can upload either a pdf or eps file and have it convert from RGB to CMYK and have a Database with conversions. So when the tool sees a specific CMYK color, it changes to the one I want. For instance, if the image has C-100 M-100 Y-100 K-100, I want to change that color to C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-100.
imagemagick can do this (I think) so you must know your way around.
