Clone and Integrate a website design with bootstrap

Hello freelancers! I need a freelancer to change the design of my website which runs this script [login to view URL] (my website is exactly the same) . For more information related to the script and admin credentials see [login to view URL] So you have to 1] Develop and integrate the design. The design should be the same as [login to view URL] 2] The competitor’s website is based on foundation but you will have to use Bootstrap 3 for my website. 3] Any bugs that the competitor’s website have must be fixed on my website. 4] You have to follow the best practices and add comments to html/css/js files. No unused classes or functions please. Keep it simple and clean. 5] The website should be responsive and will be tested on desktop and mobile devices running on chrome and firefox. 6] All the functionalities of the script should work. How we will work? 1] After i choose a freelancer we will go through all the pages that i need to be done and discuss things that i want removed (so less work). You will make a schedule of all the urls of the pages need to be done with the order you prefer and we will setup the deadlines. 2] I will provide you with the github project which you will have to push the changes on a development branch. You need to know how to use github! If you don’t then stop reading :) 3] I will review everyday the code changes to make sure everything is going according to our plans Keep in mind 1] My maximum budget for this project is 300 EUR/ 255 GBP.
