I am experienced in healthcare (39 plus years). I also have many years experience in meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and natural healing. I connect well with people and often have them ask, "Where have you been all my life?", in reference to the impact of my interactions with them. I have published material regarding nutrition and exercise, and my extensive research into the impact of diet related to diabetes, heart rate and blood pressure are often life changing.

Hi there! I'm Omar and I'm a personal trainer and nutritionist with over 5 years of experience working as both face to face and online personal trainer. I have been working as a customer service agent and I'm even currently working as an online coach via chat as a part of another project where I answer users' questions regarding training and nutrition. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE with a Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Sciences and Minor in Biology. I have worked in multiple Wellness/Fitness areas and am very knowledgeable about concepts of nutrition, physical activity and lifestyle choices. I thoroughly enjoy reading articles on the subjects, allowing me to increase my knowledge and staying up to date on most recent research. I have excellent abilities to quickly learn about new programs (such as your mobile platform) allowing me to easily facilitate in an efficient and successful manner. I have a wide range of resources of health/fitness/wellness content from past and current experiences (articles, videos, etc) that I believe is exactly what you are looking for. My schedule allows me to put effort into this project for 40 hours a week.
