YouTube Minecraft channel art

Hi there, I am currently the owner of a YouTube channel which you can find here: [login to view URL] I am looking for a graphics designer who can sketch a YouTube profile picture and banner for me. Since I mainly play Minecraft on my channel, I'd like the picture of a slightly square-looking crow as my profile picture with a slightly cocky and smug smile on its face. As for my banner, I'd like some text saying: 'Constipated Crow' in the middle of the banner, and underneath: 'With content to good, it's constipating' as a sub heading, and the word 'constipating' being brown in that. I'd also like the same character from the profile picture to be in the left side of the banner, walking towards the left, away from the text in the middle and pointing its middle finger out behind it (towards the right side of the banner). I want it to be done within the next two weeks and before I hire a graphic designer, I want to be sure that they are capable of the project and would like to see some past sketches. Cheers!
