I need a form, whereby the visitor can find and select say 4 tradesmen in their local area, and then email all 4 people asking for a quote. So the form itself is quite simple, with say 4 or 5 fields to complete. Bonus points if this can database driven, whereby the tradesmen can apply online to be listed, perhaps? I'm a novice, so would like this form inputted into something like google sites, so I can forever tweak or add webpages around it. Alternatively, interested in paying someone to build some static webpages. Interested in your ideas and a rough price please.
