We are engineering consultant company based in Egypt called " Solid Engineering Services " we need to design and build website for our new business
the website will contain the Engineering services presentation + training part for the engineering Software

I need training section to have the following features:
1. New customers (individuals, companies) should be able to choose the training available and register/enroll for the training.
2. Make payments using credit card or bank accounts.
3. Provide email to the above users about the registration.
4. Provide the terms and conditions about cancellation policy before the registration.
5. Allow the existing user who has already registered to open his registration and view the details and provide the ability to cancel or request for postponement based on policy defined.
6. Provide filtering capability for the list of trainings available with options to choose name of the city, country and date (month/year). For example by choosing July 2017, the list if all available trainings in all cities should be displayed.
7. Allow the users with a blog to start sharing feedback and/or ask questions about the training.
8. The web page should be with good graphics, images and texts.
9. Should be searchable in any search engine with text description and should be able to display at the top of the list.
General Requirement:
1- Designing all web pages and development include Web 2.0 design feature.
2- Develop CMS which the admin can manage all the pages by adding / removing / editing and updating items more over admin can manage item attributes and specification
3- Develop (Consulting & Training) system that enable admin to add courses with each course price and specifications –like manufacturer, Course Duration and other data -. It also will enable user to book for the course online, favorites, purchase course and chose appropriate payment method including: cash, connect to PAYPAL ONLINE Payment.
Deliverables
1- Greet UX Design.
2- Creative and unique UI Design. English.
3- Front-end Development with SEO Structure.
4- Responsive Design.
5- Valid HTML5/CSS3 Code.
Need more ideas than the above to have a state of the art web site.
