UI/UX Web Designer - (Must have Photoshop exp)

I need a UI/UX web designer to add to my team. This person must understand responsive design and be quick in their implementation on a live site. You are a skilled web designer who can work with me on existing projects to improve the design, test variations in the design for better conversions and implement the designs. I want someone who understands design and can contribute suggestions and ideas based on our goals. A fluent or highly proficient grasp of the English language is critical. I'm looking for someone with a great attitude who is a doer. I need someone who also understands and knows about UI/UX. You will be working primarily with landing pages for lead generation and Ecommerce websites. I have one specific site where I need some design suggestions and improvements. I expect you to be able to come up with suggestions, find images, incorporate images I provide and adjust positioning of items on the page. Our team has more senior php developers and also some design only sources. This role is primarily a front end web designer/ developer with an emphasis in UI/UX and should have a good understanding of the use of web design for marketing purposes. CMS you would work with include Wordpress and Magento. Must have a great design ability(Photoshop), excellent communication skills, fast and honest worker, the ability to implement design changes in specified cms system and in general know your way around front end technologies like html, php and javascript.
