I need a certificate designed quickly Please see the attached and read carefully before responding. (Budget $50) I have given you all the text so it just needs graphic design work and to be made into a working pro-forma template that I can easily use over and over and save to .pdf. *Important I strongly desire the template to be editable and usable on iPad Pro and saved to iBooks or similiar as PDF, the fall back position would be word or excel but I strongly prefer to work on iPad rather than laptop, this must be doable? I need to be able to insert the photo of the Opal easily... ie click and access camera roll. All the bold text is permanent, the values need to be able to be easily added, all are simply numbers except for description that needs to be text also and minimum 50 characters Feel free to change the spacing and layout to make it work but all text must be included. The certificate needs to to have an official and professional look.
