We currently have a site that we need re-design it's user interface. Ne need to work on the functionality of the site, just the re-design. Attached are files for the sample design (just an idea). It must be easy to read, locate the information, show all communications and uploaded links with time stamp and others. 1) Sample 001-desktop look 2) Sample 001-smart phone look-01 (top of the page) 3) Sample 001-smart phone look-02 (the bottom of the page) Please do not submit your proposal until you understand what is exactly needed and if you are able to do the same.
