Upgrade vBulletin forum, create mobile-friendly template, clean database and look for errors, update plesk v.2

It's old and it needs updating and some maintenance in it. Requirements for this project: * Update to the latest 4.x vBulletin version (I am not interested in vB 5 at the moment). I will provide all the licensed copies of vBulletin * Check the database and the hosting in general for redundancies and problems and depurate those * Install the vBulletin mobile suite. I will provide all the licensed copies of vBulletin * The new version of vBulletin has to keep the same graphic design I have now, but it will be subject to some modifications * You will have to have a copy of the new and updated forum in a different server so I can try it before going live. I will check and test all functions before going live. * You will have to backup everything before starting to work * All fees will be paid through freelancer.com, no hidden extra costs and no paying through other means separated from this website. * I need continuous reports of the progress and an accurate estimation of the final costs. Hourly rates work fine for me. You can ask me for the url of the site if you want to check first how many hours you think is going to take you. * Minimum downtime required! * BONUS: if you are knowledgeable in plesk, I will need my plesk control panel also updated.
