Turn logo into an animation

I have a logo, it is attached to this project. I want this logo to be animated.
First 'poo' has to appear, without the drops. Then stay still for 1 second. Then 'Lez' has to written, starting on the left. Duration of writing of 'Lez': 2 seconds. Then drops start running down from 'poo' leaving trails. Duration of drops running down: 10 seconds, then when bottom is reached, make the running down loop infinite. Width of logo: 365 px. Height including drops and trails: 2300 px. Logo has to look exactly the same as attached logo only 'poo' has to be a tiny bit more bright and reddish. Final product has to be delivered in PNG with transparent background, I'll import it in Final Cut Pro. You send me mockups during your work, in mp4 format. 3 days maximum. I pay $150 maximum for this. Please only bid if you are sure you can do this and if you can deliver quality work.
