Theoretical Framework Design ( Don't apply Indian please)

I am developing my theoretical framework for my scholarly project and need someone to take my ideas and turn them into presentable "art" as my theory is related to "Story telling" as in owning our (life) story, and sharing our story to decrease shame. I am open to ideas, and styles but imagine something more artistic and less "graph"y--if that makes sense.

To give an idea of my project that led to my theory... I work with people living with HIV and there is significant stigma with an HIV diagnosis that leads to a lot of people having HIV related shame which causes them to disconnect from people. What I found in my study is that people living with HIV related shame significantly fear rejection so they avoid situations where they would have to disclose their HIV status. They feel their life is more empty compared to someone not living with HIV. They feel broken/less than others. So that is the problem with HIV related shame. My theory is that if nurses (since this is a nursing project) teach shame resilience in a safe open space with open discussions (telling their story), they will later have less fear of telling their story/rejection and in turn build meaningful connections.... I have it scribbled on paper, but I am open to anything really.
