Social Network / Service Auction Network Site -- 2

I need to have a Social Network Site built from whatever platform that will be easy to modify and to extend for growth. Php-Nuke, PHP-BB, .NET, or any solid platform will do to create this site, however, I will need a facebook / social network type mod installed giving the portal users that facebook look and feel. I would like to have video (youtube) and music (mp3/4) integration within this social networking site that will allow users to have their own blog/vlog space for storing their own user favorite music/videos, friends, and private groups. I will be having 3 or 4 domains integrated with the site so that users can have access to all web-domains. The second domain needs to work with the first site in relation for service bidding / auctions. This second site will give users the ability to post serviceable needs to contractors that will list their services by area / zip code location. I will explain in further details when someone offers to help me with this. I would like the freelancer/developer- group person / company to be available by phone if need be, and if you are in the United States, that is a huge plus. I am hoping to find someone that is close by near my city (Cleveland, Ohio) so that I may meet with them to talk about the project. I am limited in funds right at the moment, but would possibly need a long term relationship anyways and make lucrative payments during the progress of the project. I will be available and open to discuss starting payment amount. If payment and closing $$$ can be agreed upon, I would like to get started ASAP!!! Thanks, Robert
