SIMPLE, fast, inexpensive website design needed.

DO NOT DO THAT, PLEASE! Read and reply only if capable and appropriate! Thanks. I am looking to have someone design a cool, but simple website for my domain, [login to view URL] Eventually, I will build upon this site, but at these initial stages I'd like something that is original, cool, and fun... but doesn't cost too much. Simple, but efficient. Fun, but informative. Ideally, something I could make "tweaks" to myself would be really great. This could be through using a "template" although I hesitate to even mention that OR through linking other sites I've already created for this concept. I will be using the site, primarily, to promote videos I produce, however, there will be a component to it that has news, current stories, pics, etc. I already have a google+ and tumblr and a youtube playlist for Music Videos Are My Messiah. PLEASE GO CHECK THOSE OUT FOR REFERENCE/CONCEPT/IDEAS/ETC Ideally, I'd love to incorporate those into the design... BUT, I do not not want it to look like any of those sites. For example, some people have a domain that you go to, and when you get there, it just has youtube embedded playlist. NO CLASS. :( I do not want that! It should be cool, and unique. I kind of see it as when you land on the page, it has a cool/quick gif that flashes through ICONIC music videos of today and the past, and then you see the title, "MVAMM". But I'm open to chatting and really looking for another CREATIVE person to hep CREATE and partner with on this. This job is LESS about a web designer and more about a creative designer.
