Set up a Wordpress Website for a PT Business

I need a talented designer to put together a wordpress website for a PT business. The website should be put together in a template that will allow anyone to access the admin area and make any necessary changes to pages, create pages, titles, graphics, menus etc. The businesses branding is completed and the look of the website must follow this. Creative design input from you will be minimal but must be professional and smart. This should be a very, very quick project. This is something I have done myself in the past so I am fully aware of how much time this should take and associated costs. It must be done to a budget and project will be awarded to competitive low cost bids only. The only extra features needed are the ability for users to login to the website and create an account, either manually or via Facebook and an online shopping capability. I am aware both these can be accomplished with existing freesource software so I do not expect this to add to the cost of the project. I wish for some sections of the website to have content that is only available to users who are logged in and to be able to alter these sections and add to them via the admin area. All other features will be standard and I already have a very good idea of the layout of the site. In due course there will be additional work for updating and adding specialist features to the website, so someone with coding experience would be preferred as I aim to keep the winning bidder on board for all future work.
