We are a home building company based in the US that builds about 300 homes per year. We are looking for someone that is able to take a subdivision layout and design the water, sewer and storm drainage along with road cut sheets that are appropriate. We are looking for someone to do cost effective design and also look at ways to incorporate “low impact design” into our subdivisions. Please submit your qualifications for this project as well as a past project that you have worked on dealing specifically with design of a residential subdivision. We have full surveys, topo, wetlands and locations of existing sewer and water.
