Renew Our Website - Project for Homepage Only

Hello, This is for a FAST project, so we are looking for someone to work with full time for about ONE WEEK. Lots of communication, team viewer, etc. Non-stop project. We are looking for someone to renew our website: [login to view URL] This is for an events/conferences company, many events/conferences are performed in different cities. We really like our current site, we believe it was very professional and well designed at the time it was built. However it is now outdated, it is not RESPONSIVE, and we need to update it with the same quality and professional design. We do not need a lot of design/images work. We may eventually change the images, content, once done. Basically we need more coding and less artwork, we will provide/replace images eventually. This first project is just for the homepage. If we like the homepage, we will then quote the next phase, subpages. We are undecided between buying a template, or doing everything from scratch. I think you have to see our current website and give us your idea. What we need in our HOMEPAGE from top to bottom (RESPONSIVE): 1. TOP BAR (see image attached). 2. Logo, Nav Menu, and Contact us and Registration Buttons. 3. Main Images (left right navigation) and login box (not functional). 4. Event Dates 5. Links to Pages (Boxed with Info) ABOUT OUR SITE Our homepage eventually needs to show our company at a glance, show our coming dates, and some info about us. Eventually other subpages will be: ABOUT US: all our info and some articles CALENDAR: page showing all our dates in all cities EVENT PAGE: for every event we will need a page with all the event info. CONTACT PAGE: with all our contact info (you can see our current website to see how it works). NOTES: 1. We like our website, but that does NOT mean we want it exactly the same. We are open to new ideas as long as it looks professional and we like it. It has to be responsive, our current site is not mobile friendly. 2. We need someone who is willing to communicate, in order for us to like the work and prevent lost time working in something we wont like, communication is 100% needed. 3. With your BID add some comments/ideas, not only bid just for bidding, we wont choose you if we can´t tell you read this and can perform this project. 4.
