Redesign of my wordpress website

I want followings: 1- I would like to improve the web site at [login to view URL] with a more orderly and beautiful design. 2- I want to remove unnecessary gaps and make them more powerful and useful. 3- I want the charts to look at the required scale and look alive. I want the graphics on my site to be very beautiful. for example the graphics on [login to view URL] do not look good. 4. I would also like to have a plug-in that allows visitors who visit the web site to submit information about multiple products that they are interested in. The website visitor should be able to collect information about the products in bulk and the system should be able to send me an email. 5- I want to have a place where I can publish news on my homepage. 6- The milestones of [login to view URL] page were not correct and need to be corrected 7- Running video at [login to view URL] does not stop correctly and needs to be fixed 8- The visitor always should able to join our mailing list through mailchimp join list when they fill our contact form and there should be legal permission confirmed by the visitor. I want unique and perfect designed website. There is wordpress theme installed and if its needed some pages and designs can be used. [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] may be source of inspiration for my Web site.
