Redesign of 2 pages and create 1 new page

Hi, Redesign [login to view URL] We want to redesign our website, and we want to improve this website ALOT! We want to work with a creative person that understands how important details are. We want to redesign the firstpage and the Contact page. And we want to add another page that is named "about us". The first page needs to add these elements: A very nice slideshow, 3 photos with text. A 2 column split layout where we describe our CMS on left one, and our modules on the right one. Nice effects needed! with some images / icons. One 4 step description: Nice effect needed, we will describe the 4 steps from order of website to delivery.
