Real Estate Platform

I want to stick with the tribeshare template, and what I need is a website to manage real estate offers, should display properties pulled from MLS (one or multiple agents), must have access levels for Master Agent, Agents, Buyers and Sellers. Capability of schedule showings, where agent or seller can take desired action on responding with one click (most of the time approving showing). Sellers should be able to submit property details and photos for listing agent for me to upload to MLS, then property will be imported from MLS to be displayed in website where offers can be submitted (this way I prevent for having to upload property twice). Might be some additional capabilities that will be discussed with preselected freelancers. Site should be simple to use, but attractive to users, expansion is expected but not soon. Good property display is a must. [login to view URL] is a perfect example (built with tribeshare), and sample sites could be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (for appearance) [login to view URL] (for offer submission steps), among others, these are just samples. Want to have it hosted in my own server if possible. Should have the capability to create different landing pages inside site and use subdomains to promote them online. Email/text communication is required. Mobile App with push notifications capability is an option as I don't know the cost of developing them. Please let me know if this is something you'll be interested on doing. Need the lowest price possible, very limited low budget, but I do understand the amount of work needed to complete this project.
