Outline VPN is a good Open Source VPN. There is a manager but an admin will have to issue and create accounts, one by one. I want a WordPress site or HTML5 site to auto create a user when that person signs up and pays for the VPN service. The site will need to auto create the account, email the link for the app and sha key that is generated. I can create the WordPress site but essentially need a plugin for my VPn service that will connect to the VPN server. All countries would be allowed as long as they pay via PayPal or something. Admin should have full rights to view which account, payment history, usage, etc. User dash should be renew account, levels of account (month to month or annual), sha key etc. Let me write the requirements down and get back to you. This is what i need. Can you do this?
