Optimize Website for Ease & Efficiency

My current website is maxing out on its hosting resources + running super slow.

I am hoping to find someone who works well with WORDPRESS and specifically the DIVI Theme who can help me reconfigure the site for better efficiency and customer service. This will probably include reformatting images for appropriate size, removing irrelevant aspects running in the background and cleaning up the site for easier use. My secure contact form no longer works so this needs to be reconfigured and I am having trouble figuring out how to add RSS feed to my blog. I have also had several unknown persons attempting to access the back end of my site (hackers?) and it is important to me to make sure my site is secure and protected.

Some of these will be quick and easy fixes, some will take a little extra time. The right person for this job will keep me informed as to what they find, their progress and will be able to offer exciting suggestions on how to make my site simple, beautiful and user friendly. I am open to all suggestions and willing to try something new so long as I can continue to update and maintain the site on my own once we are complete with this contract.
