New social website design and HTML\CSS template

This project post is for creative web design experts only. I need to create a new social website (sharing with us “[login to view URL]”) design that has the following general characteristics: 1- Right-to-left and left-to-right layout design. 2- Colorful using appealing bright colors. 3- Design for site logo that match with site colors. 4- Using appealing graphics and minimal text. 5- Utilize the screen wide. 6- Responsive mobile friendly. 7- Support registration and member workspace. a. Profile view \edit page. b. Add new contribution: i. Contribution text. ii. Contribution main image. iii. Contribution related images (multiple images). iv. Contribution attachments. c. Contributions listing with some information on each (number of views-number of comments…etc) d. Contributions control page (add-edit-delete). e. Add event page (event date and time and details). f. Calendar view to show events. 8- Support backend for site moderation. a. List all contributions with accept and reject. b. List all new memberships with accept and reject. 9- Support 2 home pages one default for unregistered visitors and the other for members. 10- Member home page should be well organized informative showing members contributions. a. Members contributions should appear as summary text with small size of main image. 11- Member home page should include top news section that redirect to news details page. 12- Member home page should include some graphical statistics for members’ contributions. 13- on member contribution details should support the following: a. Contribution text. b. Contribution main image. c. Contribution related images (multiple images). d. Contribution attachments. e. Other members’ comments and rank stars. 14- Design for popup error messages or information messages. 15- Design for buttons, bullet text and other text styles. 16- Design for forms input controls. Project deliverables: 1- Full web design original PSD files. 2- Logo design files (PNG, SVG, EPS, PDF). 3- Full web template pages (HTML template pages) with all related files (images, JavaScript, CSS, etc…). Expert freelancer should submit his entries of logo design and home page design and main page each site sections then once accepted you should develop and submit the project design HTML template and other deliverables.
