I need some Graphic Design

We need 10 PSD real estate flyer templates. These psd's will be later converted and used with an online editor. The end user will be editing the text, and uploading there own images to the design to customize there own. The flyers will be for 8.5 inch by 11 inch paper.
Important things to have on the flyer template:
-Photos of the property
-Text area to write descriptions
-Contact information
-5 must have agent photo & agent logo while 5 others will only have agent logo and no photo
-Text area for "fine print"
The 10 flyers need to be in different styles. Styles can be anything modern, or classic, or bold, or friendly, or anything else. We want to give our users good options.
We like CLEAN, MODERN, SMART designs.
