I need some graphic design. I have a social site and I run a promotion monthly where I pay members of my site to comment on videos and rate the videos by selecting talent level. I put a certain amount of money in the pot and allow members to comment and rate while receiving pay every time they complete a task until the money in the pot runs out. I need a nicely designed banner. I would like the banner done in these two sizes 485 x 146 and 500 x 160. I attached a mock up with words but I would like it to look much better.
