need to recreate a pic in the photoshop with few different colors

the picture is already attached which you need to create in photoshop. you have to recreate it in a way that the title name on it "MENU" can also be written as wanted. Also you have to create a circle whose picture is shared as well. it's required colors are yellow, blue and red. you have to create 3 images for a goal of 30, 60 & 90 as shown in the attached images. also you have to create the target based shields as shown in the attached pictures. also you have to create an image of big button and image of small button without text on it in the photoshop as per attached images. in the attached images, ignore the football goal, it's goal keeper and net. focus on the images of 30, 60, 90, target plates and time attack plates only, ok.
