I need a graphic design for a tshirt to raise awareness

I want to create a graphic very similar to this one -Where the graphic says GRATEFUL DEAD I want it to say Raising Awareness -I want the roots from the trees to be more noticeable and go further down under the log -On the Log I want the words Complete PTSD, Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Hidden Abuse to Stand out -At the bottom of the graphic, in between the roots of the tree I want it to say Healing from the Root -Replace the mushrooms with flowers and add lots of little colorful flowers around the stones -Make the bears look happier and not so much like Grateful Dead bears bc that’s probably a copyright issue and have them hugging or holding hands on the log I understand please give me job i can do it.
