Need a creative designer for two graphics based on existing CI

I am searching for a graphic designer who can work with an already existing CI and still give creative inputs. Currently I am in need of two graphics, but as both will require working with my CI I would like to have it both from one hand: 1.) "State-of-business-graphic": visualisation to boast a bit about business growth ( :) ), text basics would come from me. Deliverable would be f.e. a sleek designed map (maybe some 3d effect) of the three countries (Austria, Slovenia, Hungary) I´m currently working in with some basic success infos (x projects running, x people trained, x events organized, x....). My CI should be used not just in the corner, but maybe to have the colours used also in the map (three countries in "my" blue, neighboring countries in another colour...) or similar. Mainly to be used on social media (LinkedIn,FB). 2.) Christmas Card: deliverable should be one graphic using my CI with some christmas effect and place for a text. To be used in mails and social media. Open to any suggestions, so far I would like to try an elegant "christmasification" of my CI, for example a snowy landscape at the lower bottom of the logo or a snowy top for the top of the logo. Maybe some small snow crystals in the background - still classy... As you can see I´m not very decided yet - looking forward to brainstorm some ideas :) For preliminary purposes, see attached logo-jpg.
