We need to have responsive website in place by the end of August. We want to begin this process by designing the mobile version of the website first.

We understand that we cannot keep the same design and have a responsive website. It is our hope that the mobile design will inspire a better looking desktop version of the website, so any design changes are welcome. The only thing we are locked into is the logo.
The challenge of our site is that the content is primarily text based. We cannot afford to pay a subscription to show NFL images on our site - - so we need a design that will not require a bunch of expensive Getty images to make it look good.
Deliverable to be in .psd format.
It's important that the designer understands the limits of wordpress in the design. We need a design that is not going to cost us big dollars to have coded.
