Mental Outcast Games looking for Game Developers to join the team

Hello, my name is Franz Rolfsvaag, leader and owner of the Mental Outcast Games team. We're currently working on our first commercial project, called "Project Silent Horror". It is a First Person horror game made in Unreal Engine 4. We in Mental Outcast Games are all based in Norway, but we are looking to expand our workforce to bring more people along the journey. We are therefore looking for people who can fill the following roles: - 3D Design - 2D Design & Art - Programming (Either with C++ or Unreal Engine Blueprints) To apply for a role with us, you are required to meet the following requirements: - You are experienced and/or knowledgeable within game development. - You have the ability to speak/read/write English fluently. - You own a Mac or a Windows computer with a x64 platform. - You have a Discord and Facebook account. - You have a PayPal or Norwegian Bank account. - You are dedicated, loyal and trustworthy. - You are able to work with a team, as well as by yourself. To further increase your chances of working with us, you also meet one or more of the following statements: - You live in Norway, or have the ability to communicate in Norwegian fluently. - You have a education and/or taken courses that are relevant to game design/development. - You have a portfolio and/or resume related to game design/development. If you get a role with us, you are expected to: - Participate in regular meetings online. - Follow routines and deadlines. - Report to your team leader on regular intervals. - Provide high-quality work that you either made yourself, or are licensed to use. Please note, the payment is percentage based upon release of the game. This percentage will depend on your effort, efficiency, title/role, amount of team members, etc. Everyone will get a fair share of the net income Mental Outcast Games receive from Project Silent Horror.
