This is the story of four incredible women. The earth’s first true superheroes.

At first meeting, we see them arriving on one of mankind’s darkest hours: the burning of a women at the stake. The mortal mob responsible doesn’t know it yet, but they are about to witness the end of times. These superheroes resemble more that of the four Horsemen of the apocalypse. The simple townsfolk mistake them for sorcerers and attempt to kill them, but the women are in charge and have a much larger plan: to annihilate the human race. However, in this first scene we witness three of the four changing their minds, a total reversal. They turn on their self proclaimed leader, Edeath. Leaving her for dead, the remaining three rescue the victim at the stake, take her, and fly off into the night sky.

Main titles roll as we come upon a city in vast decay, and yet, also full of luxury. The graphic reads “New Detroit 2020”.

The world has not become a better place in the last 400 years. Chemical attacks, political unrest and serious crime run rampant, but worst of all, there’s been a resurgence of the ten year fever. A plague of killer proportions. It primarily targets young women all over the world, in staggering numbers. Welcome to a world of confusion and catastrophe.

We enter upon an urban battle, smoke and gunfire fill the air. Our four superheroes are fighting for their lives. They have been dubbed the “Medicine Girls” by the media. They are getting the tar beat out of them in this mismatched battle. New warfare, new equipment, new soldiers. A breed of soldiers called the Ratmen, hybrids of human and rodent DNA. The MG’s are ill-equipped, defeat is imminent. Only one remains alive, Ava. It is then she makes a judgment call and chooses to retreat into the smoke and distance. That's the opening scene rest of the movie happens and then the final conflict concludes us with the following...

Satisfaction and mild glory. Ava and the girls genuinely reflect on their victory. Ava does however feel a presence, not letting on to the others. The three continue in their celebration.

Several miles down shore a small native girl sees what appears to be a black dress, a puddle of fabric wash up on the sand. She rings out the sea water and tries it on.
